Email & Text Message Marketing
Customized Email Banner Marketing $1200 per year
• Each of our clients sends logistical information detailing what Event, Special, and/or Discount that they would incorporate into that specific email banner.
• We then design the email banner that is actually designed as a separate web page.
• We forward the email banner to the client for approval or for further changes.
• Once we receive approval on the email banner, we then blast this email banner out to the customers that are contained in that client’s data base.
• Three email banners are sent out to your customers per month. One at the very beginning of each new month detailing your calendar of events, specials, and/or discounts on each day of that month. The second and third email banners are sent out during the month as “reminders” of a specific event, special, and/or discount.
Text Message Marketing $1200 per year
• Each of our clients sends logistical information detailing what Event, Special, and/or Discount that they would incorporate into that specific text message.
• We then send a text message to the client for approval or for changes (by way of a designated cell phone).
• Once we receive approval on the text message, we then blast this text message out to the customers that are contained in that client’s data base.
• Three text messages are sent out to your customers per month. The first, second, and third text messages are sent out during the month showcasing a specific event, special, and/or discount that is occurring at your business.
Building Your Data Base
• We sit down with you and evaluate your web site and your business.
• We determine whether your data base can be built by using one of three, if not all, “sign-up methods.”
• “Birthday Club Method” We design these Birthday Club sign-up forms that are customized for your business. The patrons are approached by your staff and asked to sign-up for the birthday club and provided an instant incentive in doing so.
• “VIP Club Method” We design these VIP Club sign-up forms that are customized for your business. The patrons are approached by your staff and asked to sign-up for the VIP Club and provided an instant incentive in doing so.
• “Groovy Card Club Method” We design these Groovy Card Club sign-up forms that are customized for your business. The patrons are approached by your staff and asked to sign-up for the Groovy Card Club and provided an instant incentive in doing so. The consumer is sent a letter and a Groovy Club Card (via mail) from us.

• You send in all completed sign-up forms for processing into your data base.
• You have established your scheduled email and text message blasts that will be sent out every month.
• We send an updated data base to your email, so that you can see how it is growing every month.
